Summer in the Hohe Tauern National Park

Especially in the summer, theHohe Tauern National Park  is an ideal holiday destination.

Between July and September there are guided tours available from Monday to Saturday. Experienced guides offer tours for both beginners and advanced hikers. They offer tours with emphasis on local fauna and flora, covering topics like the world of the Alps, and the glaciers, the historic development of trading and mining. Each and every guest will find a topic of interest.

You can book five different special excursions extra, for example an overnight trip with sleeping at a lake in the mountains, for taking breathtaking natural photos or for watching the rutting season of deer and stag.

If you are a golfer, a biker, a bicyclist, a hiker or a climber, you will find your wishes come true in the mountains of the Hohe Tauern.
